WHAT IS PROGRAMMING?
Computer programs are the process of building and building a working computer program to accomplish a particular computer effect or to perform a specific task. Editing includes tasks such as analysis, algorithm creation, algorithms’ accuracy, and resource utilization, and algorithms for the programming language of the program (commonly called coding). Software engineering incorporates engineering techniques and software development practices. Engineering is a parallel process used by designers, analysts, and programmers to understand and re-create/reuse.
